This 40in. Ceiling fan from Matthew's Fan Company is a part of the Brisa 2000 Collection and comes in a Bronzette finish with Mahogany blades

  • This Ceiling fan measures 7" Plus Downrod in height.
  • 3 blades made from Solid Brazilian Mahogany that rest at a pitch of 19 Degrees when installed.
  • Matthews rotational fans circulate heat and air conditioning more efficiently than traditional paddle fans.
  • Constructed of cast aluminum, heavy spun and stamped steel, ths fan carries a limited lifetime warranty.
  • At it's lowest setting, you can expect a CFM of 1602 at 866 RPM.
  • At it's highest setting, you can expect a CFM of 2376 at 1336 RPM.
  • Damp location with powder or clear coat only. Not recommended for salt water/ocean front applications.
