George Kovacs was a pioneer in contemporary lighting, known for creating upscale yet approachable fixtures with clean lines and a healthy dose of humor. The Pontil collection is a perfect example of Kovacs’ style, offering lights that look sleek yet soft, cool but comfortable. Named after the glassmaking tool, this Pontil chandelier features six rods tipped with curved shades that look like molten glass being blown. The arrangement of the rods and the central orb give the fixture Sputnik appeal and a fun, funky look that complements a variety of decors. With a widely adjustable hanging height and a canopy that adapts for sloped ceilings, the Pontil can be hung throughout the home.
